Most people assume that yoga is boring or is just a slow form of exercise to reach any goals you have. Especially, when people want to shed a few pounds they always prefer going to the gym. Believe me, I am no gym hater, but I find yoga more interesting and challenging. I joined a yoga studio and started my practice and I saw how my body started responding to stress and anxiety.
I recently wrote an article about the routine I follow. Most people do not have much idea about the different styles or forms of yoga that exist.
